Mauro, the owner, took great pride and care to describe the various dishes. We were impressed with the quality and taste we returned the next night to try something different. Mauro is a 3rd generation owner of this restaurant and takes pride in it. He has a great selection of wines to pair with the food. It is worth a trip to Siena just to have dinner with Mauro. Obviously, any trip to Italy should include time in Tuscany and Siena. The scenery is beautiful and the residents are the very friendly and helpful! A most delightful place to visit!
