It is simultaneously printed in English and Italian. On the non-map pages with text, the left half of the page is Italian, the right half is in English.

Tony, it's available at the Libreriauniversitaria.it website for 19 euros. Be aware that it is in Italian. To the best of my knowledge it has not been translated in English.
